If you attempt to test it by fabricating trauma narratives or roleplaying distress, you're now managing two cognitive tasks simultaneously - maintaining your "character" while evaluating VASA's responses. Unless you're an exceptional actor, the interaction becomes artificial, and your assessment becomes unreliable.
A real concern - even a minor one (a frustrating relationship dynamic, a decision you're stuck on, a pattern you've noticed in yourself) - gives VASA something authentic to work with. You'll get cleaner data on whether it tracks nuance, asks the right questions, and responds in clinically sound ways.
